• Responsible for assigning routes to delivery drivers and providing for their needs. My mission was also to make sure that people were not in trouble. The proper functioning of the company was due to our work

• Manage any type of accident that the drivers may have. Disputes between our drivers and customers had to be handled by us

• Setting up our driver’s schedules. Managing their routes and back-ups

• My mission was to deliver a hundred packages a day. All the packages from our sole agent (AMAZON) had to be delivered correctly. 

• The only person in charge of my truck, I had to pay attention to the truck I was being given, but also to make sure that all customers were satisfied 

• I also had a mission to bring in new trucks that the company bought from betting. I had total responsibility for the vehicles I collected 

• Full management of the company that my father has bequeathed to me, whether it be in terms of internal management such as wages, expenses, the tresorie of the company the management of contracts with subcontractors, purchase and rentals of the company. 

• On the other hand, all human resources management was done by me. I did all the job interviews. 

• I did all the audits on site. I would stay in the field to make sure that the work was going well. I was an executive who not only managed but also worked on the site
